Torso Training

Mondays, 6:30pm – 7:20pm
(50 minutes)

Torso Training improves stabilization and balance of the spine and works the muscles of the back, waist and abdomen as well as the deep core muscles used to support the back.

Hatha Yoga

Tuesdays, 5:00pm – 6:15pm
(75 minutes)

Wholesome alignment, personal well-beeing and breathing practices are the pillars of this well rounded yoga class.
All levels welcome!

Bums, Tums & Legs

Tuesdays, 6:30pm – 7:20pm
(50 minutes)

An extremely effective and powerful bums, tums and legs conditioning section to tone up, tighten and sculpt muscles and increase overall strength and flexibility.

Pilates

Wednesdays, 4:30pm – 5:30pm
(60 minutes)

The Pilates Method offers a unique approach, combining strenghtening and restistance exercises. Targeting the deep muscles of the core and back will assist in optimal stabilization of the spine.

Yoga for Skiers

Fridays, 5:00pm – 6:15pm
(75 minutes)

Postures and targeted excercises to nourish and stretch the muscles and joints involved in skiing. Maintaining natural range of motion and flexibility in all areas.
